The SVD Kenya-Tanzania Province is a group of Divine Word Missionaries serving the Catholic Church and the people of Kenya and Tanzania.
We started our mission in Kenya in 1984, and in Tanzania in 2000. We are found both in urban and rural areas, and work with people irrespective of tribes, gender, and even religion.
We believe that God’s Word is present and at work in each person.
